When you submit a form on this site, such as a Honey Ledger early access request, a consultation inquiry, or the free practice audit, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, work email address, firm or organization, role, practice area, firm size, and the message or answers you submit.

The free practice audit runs in your browser and does not send your answers to us unless you choose to submit them.

We use the information you submit to send you a confirmation that we received your request, respond to your inquiry, evaluate beta and pilot participation, provide the services you request, and improve our offerings. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

When you submit a form, your answers are saved in a database we control, hosted by Supabase on servers in the United States. Supabase also powers member sign-in for our training dashboard. Our website itself runs on Vercel, and the email notifications we send (including your confirmation email) are delivered through Resend.

If it helps, picture a restaurant. Supabase is the kitchen and storage room: the organized back room where the information lives. Vercel is the building itself: it puts the website online and serves it quickly to every visitor. Resend is the mail clerk: its one job is delivering our emails (like your confirmation email) so they actually reach your inbox.

In plain terms: these three companies provide the computers and plumbing, but the data remains ours to control. They act as service providers under their agreements with us, which means they may store and transmit the data so our site works, and may not use it for their own purposes, sell it, or share it for advertising.

Please do not submit confidential client information, privileged material, or case-specific details through this website. Use of this website does not create an attorney-client relationship with Apis Legal Technologies or its founders.

This site uses only the technical cookies needed for core functionality (such as keeping members signed in to the training dashboard). We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. California residents may exercise the rights provided by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
